A combination of popular architectural techniques, façades made of porcelain stoneware and thermally modified wood, as well as a carefully designed layout, shaped the character of this house.
A spa area with a swimming pool and steam room has been seamlessly integrated into the overall volume. The second floor contains a secluded private section of the house with three master bedrooms.
