Advances in technology have transformed how we present our designs. We can now offer clients an interactive virtual tour of their future home, allowing them to experience the layout, the scale of the rooms, and even how the natural light will change throughout the day.

With our plans, building is easy — the construction team doesn't have to come up with bespoke solutions or workarounds; they just build as specified. The plans are comprehensive and detailed, eliminating any need for 'artistic licence' on site. So, what you see in the plans is what you get in reality.

Lead Architect

Co-founder of the bureau. Has been in practice since 2007. Oversees all of the firm's projects. Author of courses for architects.

Enjoys running, collecting vinyl records and motorcycle touring.

Tatiana Vasileva

Lead Architect

Co-founder of the bureau. Her main specialisation is houses over 1,000 m². She has a particular talent for creating functional layouts and solving complex design problems.

She designed a space station. She plays badminton, and has visited 25 countries.

Oleg Kucher

3D artist

Oleg is a true professional and a long-standing partner of ours. He creates photorealistic visualisations of our projects. The quality of his work is outstanding, with incredible attention to detail.

Nature is his passion: mountains, cycling, and running.

Maria Ignatova

Maria is a highly skilled visualiser. She's been with us since 2018. She understands us perfectly, and her contribution is invaluable.

In her spare time, she plays the drums and enjoys sailing.
